On Call Services

This service includes a set of professionals who are ready at all times for your needs. All you need to do is to notify them that their help is needed and they will be there!​​​​​

Commonly asked questions:

• How does it work if we have a professional there for more than 6 hours? 

  • If a professional works over the minimum 6 hours, the additional hours will be added onto your total! 

    • For example: If a professional works 8 hours one day and under or at the minimum 6 hours the rest of the days (let's say you're using our weekday services only), your total would change from $600 to $640.

 

• If the professional is asked to purchase items from stores on your behalf or travel with you to stores, how does that factor into overall payment? 

  • If you will be using our professionals to run errands a payment method should be already established so they can purchase approved items. 

    • For example: A prepaid card could be given to the professionals by you at the beginning of the week/service/etc… that would be used for approved purchases. We do not allow our professionals to pay out of pocket for items and be reimbursed.
